Now, I understand that Kansas is going to have a debate about the merits of creationism vs evolution. OMG, can these folks actually do this with a straight face??? What's next... flat earth? gravity? The most frightening thing is that if these morons win enough support, people are going to be graduated from schools, and coming to colleges with the belief that the earth is no more than a few thousand years old. If I were a college, I would seriously give second thoughts to accepting new students from any state where creationism is taught as science. It seems ludicrous to have to say it, but once again, it is not a matter of what you know, or scientific fact, just who you believe. What a shame!
